Airport Spas
Something I've seen more and more with every vacation or business trip I've been on in the past five years is spas in the airport. It's a great idea and a fun solution to killing time when you're stuck in Dallas or NJ or Chicago for a few hours waiting on a connecting flight.
Most of the spa's I've seen in American airports are like smaller, simpler versions of what you'd normally go to out in the real world. The ones I've been to are quick and easy, specializing in manicures and pedicures rather than more complex treatments like hydro-therapy or massage. The next time you're stuck in the airport, waiting on a flight that might end up cancelled anyway, do yourself a favor and opt to get pampered. It will save you a whole lot of stress and anxiety.

This is a great concept. Unfortunately, this concept has not yet caught on in India-which is where I live. However, I did find a blogger writing about them in India- check http://www.yatra.com/blogs/2008/06/30/the-new-breed-of-airport-spa’s/
