Never Been to the spa? There are SOO many treatments out there, I thought I would give you some of the basics:
The Massage: The massage is best when you have muscle aches, tension, or anxiety. In the hands of a skilled practitioner, massage renews circulation, eases and reduces stress, fatigue, and anxiety. There are many different kinds of massages including warm stone, four hand massage, aromatherapy, etc. but I would go for the basic massage if it's your first time.
The Facial: There is also a wide variety of facials out there, but the basic facial offers soothing relaxation of the facial muscles and gives you a visible glow and are essential for the upkeep of beautiful skin. Facials reduce and prevent acne, redness, and irritation as well as reduce and minimize fine lines and wrinkles associated with aging skin.
Body Wraps: The most popular varieties of body wraps are made of mud or seaweed. They wrap your entire body, providing it with the essential oils necessary for beautiful skin. It also comforts and relaxes the body.
